Every leader knows that results depend on more than just strategy and execution—they also rely on relationships. Yet many leaders eventually hit a wall. You may find yourself asking: Why aren’t my partnerships as effective as they could be? Why does collaboration feel harder than it should? How can I build the kind of trust that drives real results?

These aren’t unusual challenges. They are the natural growing pains of leadership. The good news? You don’t have to tackle them alone. The upcoming BRMConnect Conference, happening September 22–24, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri—with a full virtual option as well—is designed to help leaders at every level elevate their relationship management skills.

Why BRMConnect Matters for Leaders

BRMConnect is the premier event dedicated to exploring and strengthening relationship management as a core leadership capability. It’s where leaders gather to:

  • Learn new approaches to lead through collaboration and trust.
  • Exchange ideas with peers facing similar challenges in different industries.
  • Reimagine leadership through the lens of relationships, inclusion, and shared outcomes.
  • Recharge their energy by connecting with a global community committed to leading differently.

If you’ve ever felt that your leadership impact could be greater with stronger, more trusting relationships, BRMConnect will give you the insights, tools, and community you need to move forward.

Lead the Pack Consulting at BRMConnect

At Lead the Pack Consulting, we are excited to be part of this year’s lineup. Our mission is to help leaders and organizations transform the way they lead—by making relationships the central focus of success. At BRMConnect 2025, we’ll be offering two sessions designed to spark reflection and give you actionable tools.

1. Trust-Building Workshop

Trust is the foundation of effective leadership. Without it, even the best strategies falter. With it, collaboration flourishes and teams achieve more than expected. But trust doesn’t build itself; it requires intention.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

  • The behaviours that create trust and the ones that break it.
  • How leaders can deliberately foster trust across teams and partnerships.
  • Practical steps to repair relationships when trust has been damaged.

You’ll walk away with frameworks and techniques to make trust a central part of your leadership style.

2. Presentation: Neuroinclusion and Relationships

No two brains work the same way, and that’s a strength, not a problem. Neuroinclusion is about valuing the different ways people think, process, and collaborate. Leaders who understand this unlock new levels of creativity, trust, and team performance.

In our session, “Our Brains Work Differently—And That’s a Good Thing for Relationships!”, we’ll cover:

  • Why neuroinclusion matters in leadership today.
  • How leaders can build environments where diverse thinkers thrive.
  • Ways to make inclusion a practical, everyday leadership behaviour.

This session will help you understand how embracing cognitive diversity strengthens relationships and yields better results.

Beyond the Sessions

Our sessions are just the start. Throughout the conference, the Lead the Pack team will be available both on-site in Kansas City and in the virtual conference space to talk with leaders directly. Bring your toughest relationship management challenges—whether about trust, collaboration, influence, or inclusion—and we’ll help you think through them.

Why Leaders Should Attend

If you’re a leader who knows that stronger relationships equal stronger results, BRMConnect is your chance to sharpen the skills that matter most. The conversations, tools, and community you’ll experience will help you:

  • Reframe challenges through a relationship-first lens.
  • Discover how other leaders are building trust and inclusion.
  • Leave with strategies that immediately improve collaboration and outcomes.

Leadership today isn’t just about vision or decision-making, it’s about connection. And when you build better relationships, you lead with greater impact.

See You at the BRMConnect 2025!

Mark your calendar for September 22–24, 2025. Whether you join us in Kansas City or online, BRMConnect 2025 will be three days of learning, connection, and growth that will strengthen how you lead.

At Lead the Pack Consulting, we believe that stronger relationships create smarter collaboration and greater impact. That’s what we’ll bring to BRMConnect, and we look forward to seeing you there.
